Long story short....
Well we successfully made it through our first event and even have a ribbon to boot! Sindri was amazing both days, schooling went really well - we jump schooled our course, and schooled our dressage test, before going out and doing some small things on xc! Making a small log look like it's as big as a novice house😂 competition day went great as well, we ended up not being able to use his new bridle for dressage, so he kinda said "this is not my fancy bridle... sorry but i'm not listening" we ended up getting a 40 which was what we all thought it would be... then later in jumping we were one of the only ones to jump double clear. We ended up in 3rd place overall, so I think it was a very successful first outing! The un-successful parts... the good always comes with its bad, and honestly this is the reason I've been holding off on this post for so long...
